Andriy's Killer Tuna Pasta
Ingredients
1) Penne (get Italian "del Verde" or "de Cecco")
2) Canned tuna (2 cans for 2 persons) in olive oil (not in water or sunflower oil),
(In AH they had Italian spicy tuna in olive oil and sundried tomatoes.)
3) 100ml of cream for hot cooking (implies high fat content)
4) Calamata olives
5) Some Chives
6) Garlic (3-5 cloves)
Cook the penne to be "al dente" (according to instructions, but subract 1 minute)
At the same time, prepare the sauce:

1. Crush the garlic and cut the chives
2. Warm a frying pan with olive oil. Fry the garlic for 30-60 seconds; don't burn it.
3. Add the sliced chives; fry for 1-2 minutes. Mix
4. Add the olives; fry for 1-2 minutes. Mix
5. Add all the tuna for 2 more minutes. Mix
6. Add the cream; cook for 30-60 sec. Mix
Mix the sauce with the pasta, and serve with white wine.
