Bolognaise

Ingredients

1. 500g mince
2. 1 can chopped tomatoes
3. 1 small tin tomatoe paste
4. 1 large onion
5. herbs: origanum, parsley etc. for your own taste
1. Chop the onion and fry in a pot until just turning brown and carmalized.
2. Add the mince and brown it.
3. While the mince is browning add the herbs etc.
4. Add the chopped tomoatoes and tomatoe paste as well as some boiled water (just enough to make the mixture 'liquidy').
5. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for at least 45 minutes.
6. Add additional boiled water if the mixture dries out too quickly.
