A&M's spaghetti con gambas

Ingredients

* 400 gr. Middle sized prawns; Must be unpeeled, otherwise they become dry.
* Italian thin spaghetti
* 1 courgette
* 5-6 cloves of garlic
1) Cook spaghetti 'al dente' (as usual)
2) Fry minced garlic in olive oil; don't burn it. Given the choice leave it raw rather than burned.
3) Add sliced (5-8mm thick) courgette to the pan. Add salt and pepper
4) After courgette becomes slightly soft put everything into a separate bowl
5) Add a bit more oil and put the prawns into the pan. If they are cooked, fry them for 2-3 minutes, just to make them hot.
6) Mix everything in one bowl.

Serve with white wine
